1. Grinding method: By using grinding tools (such as grinding wheels, grinding heads, etc.) to grind the surface of CNC machined parts, so as to remove tool marks and burrs, to achieve a smooth surface effect.

2. Chemical method: the use of chemical reactions to remove tool marks and burrs, such as the use of acidic or alkaline solution on the surface of the CNC machining parts for corrosion treatment, to remove undesirable traces of the surface.

3. Electrolytic polishing method: CNC machined parts as anode, through electrolysis to form an oxide film on the surface, and then polished in the electrolytic solution, so as to remove surface  tool marks and burrs.

4. Magnetic polishing method: CNC machined parts into the magnetic polishing machine, through the magnetic effect of the stainless steel needle adhering to the surface, and then in the machine inside the high-speed rotation friction, so as to remove the surface of the tool marks and burrs.

All of these methods can remove the knife marks and burrs on the surface of CNC machined parts, of which the choice can be made according to the specific situation. Generally speaking, magnetic polishing method is widely used to remove cut marks and burrs from the surface of stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other metal materials. Chemical and electrolytic polishing methods are relatively easy to control surface roughness, while grinding is a relatively traditional method. Choosing the right method of deburring can not only ensure the surface effect, but also improve the productivity and product quality.
