The machining accuracy of CNC machining center mainly includes positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, machining accuracy, surface roughness and so on. The following will introduce how to detect the machining accuracy of the CNC machining center.

 

1. Positioning accuracy: Positioning accuracy is the relative position accuracy between the workpiece and the machining tool in the processing of the exponential control machining center, usually expressed by the coordinate error. The detection of positioning accuracy can be achieved by installing precision testing instruments such as laser interferometer on the CNC machining center, and the deviation between the machining tool position and the workpiece surface position can be detected by the laser interferometer, so as to obtain the positioning accuracy data.

 

2. Repeated positioning accuracy: Repeated positioning accuracy is whether the positioning accuracy of the workpiece can be consistent when the exponential control machining center carries out the same processing task several times. The same workpiece can be processed several times, and then the workpiece can be measured by the coordinate measuring instrument and other equipment, so as to obtain the deviation data of the workpiece.

 

3. Machining accuracy: Machining accuracy is the dimensional accuracy that can be achieved by the exponential control machining center during processing, usually expressed by dimensional deviation. By machining a set of standard workpieces, and then using measuring instruments to detect their dimensional accuracy, the processing accuracy data can be obtained.

 

4. Surface roughness: Surface roughness is the finish and flatness of the workpiece surface processed by the exponential control machining center, which is usually expressed by surface roughness parameters. The surface roughness measurement instrument can be used to detect the surface of the workpiece after processing, so as to obtain the surface roughness data.
