In the process of machining, dimensional deviation is an inevitable problem. Therefore, after the processing is completed, it is necessary to detect the size deviation of the workpiece to ensure its quality and accuracy. So how to detect whether the size is correct?
1. Ruler, caliper, vernier caliper and other common tools: These tools are used for simple size measurement, can quickly and easily detect the size deviation, and make a preliminary estimate of the size.
2. Coordinate measuring machine: Coordinate measuring machine is currently commonly used high-precision measuring equipment, can carry out a full range of three-dimensional measurement of the workpiece, accurately measure the size deviation, and generate measurement reports for subsequent analysis and processing.
3. High power microscope: High power microscope can observe the small size changes of the workpiece, fine measurement of the size deviation, is a necessary tool for high-precision detection of small workpiece size.
4. Laser measuring instrument: The laser measuring instrument can measure the size of the workpiece without contact through the laser beam. It has the characteristics of high precision and high speed, and is a tool for measuring the size of complex curved surfaces and special shapes.
5. X-ray flaw detector: X-ray flaw detector can detect internal defects of the workpiece, and can find small dimensional deviations that are difficult to be observed by the naked eye, which has a certain auxiliary role in the detection of dimensional deviations.
