2, the use of CNC machining center comes with the simulation display function

Generally more advanced CNC machining centers have graphic display functions. When the program is entered, you can call the graphical simulation display function to observe in detail the trajectory of the tool in order to check whether the tool and the workpiece or fixture may collide.

 

3, the use of CNC machining center empty run function

The application of this function should avoid operations such as tool change, otherwise the program can not be made to pass.

 

5, coordinate system, tool complement must be set correctly

CNC machining center working coordinate system should be consistent with the programming, especially the Z-axis direction, if the error, the milling cutter and the workpiece collision possibility is very large. In addition, the tool length compensation must be set correctly, otherwise, either empty machining or collision occurs.

 

6, improve programming skills

Programming is a vital part of CNC machining, improve programming skills can largely avoid some unnecessary collisions.

 

For example, milling the inner cavity of the workpiece, when milling is completed, the milling cutter needs to be quickly returned to the workpiece above the 100mm, if programmed with N50 G00 X0 Y0 Z100, then the CNC machining center will be three-axis linkage, the milling cutter is likely to collide with the workpiece, resulting in damage to the tool and the workpiece, which seriously affects the accuracy of the CNC machining center, which can be programmed with the following program N40 G00 Z100 N50 X0 Y0; that is, the tool first back to 100mm above the workpiece, and then return to the zero point of the program, so there will be no collision.
