Seven systems of injection moulds are pouring system, guiding system, molding system, the core-pulling system, ejection system, cooling system and exhaust system.

1. The pouring system: the mainstream way, distributary channel, gate, cold slug well.

2. The guiding system: guide pin, guide sleeve, locating piece, etc.

3. The molding system: cavities, blocks, etc.

4. The core-pulling system: the slider, pin, etc.

5. The ejection system: thimble, block, etc.

6. The cooling system: the heat dissipation of mold itself, water cooling.

7. The exhaust system: mold fitting clearance of each insert, thimble fit clearance, and exhaust slot.
