Root Cause of Nonconformance:

Incorrect Anodization Area

1) Height differences during processing and thickness errors are inconsistent;

2) The using time of the machining tool isn’t controlled well, which resulting in abrasion;;

3) Negligencein Full-Inspection  processbefore delivery.

Speckled Anodization

1) The problem on adhesion force.Anodizing thickness and hardness is uneven;

2) The anodizing pool is not clean, possibly containing impurities;

Cracked(scratched) Anodization

1) During the secondary machining process after anodizing,the products rubs against the tooling fixture.

Corrective Action Taken or Planned

1. For Incorrect Anodized Areas

1)Increasing the times of self-checking and patrol-inspection during production process;

2)Setting the numerical value of the machining tool used by the machines;

3)100% full inspection on products before delivery.

2. For Speckled Anodizing

1)Changing the supplier of anodizing, and ensuring the cleaning in a required standard;

2)Setting the fixed value of anodizing, including the hardness, thickness as well as adhesion force. (Please kindly view our attached report for further information)

3.ForCracked(scratched) Anodizing

1)During the production processing, ensuring that the product is not bumped, removing the sharpedges or angles of the machining fixture. Protecting the products from colliding with each other when placing the product.
