1. Machining process monitoring. The main consideration of roughing is the rapid removal of excess excess on the workpiece surface. 2. Monitoring of cutting sounds during cutting. In the automatic cutting process, when the cutting tool generally starts, the sound of the cutting workpiece is stable, continuous and light, and the movement of the machine tool is stable at this time. With the progress of the cutting process, when the workpiece has a hard point or tool wear or tool clamping and other reasons, the cutting process is unstable, unstable performance is the cutting sound changes, the tool and the workpiece will collide with each other, the machine will vibrate. At this time, the cutting amount and cutting conditions should be adjusted in time, and when the adjustment effect is not obvious, the machine tool should be suspended to check the condition of the tool and the workpiece.

 

3. Monitoring of finishing processes. Finishing is mainly to ensure the machining size and machining surface quality of the workpiece, the cutting speed is higher, and the feed amount is larger. At this time, attention should be paid to the impact of chip accumulation on the machining surface, and for the cavity processing, attention should also be paid to the corner processing and letting the knife. To solve the above problems, first, pay attention to adjusting the spray position of the cutting fluid, so that the machining surface is always in the best cooling conditions; The second is to pay attention to the quality of the workpiece has been processed, by adjusting the cutting amount, as far as possible to avoid changes in quality. If the adjustment still has no obvious effect, it should be stopped to check whether the original program is reasonable.

 

In particular, pay attention to the position of the tool when suspending the inspection or stopping the inspection. If the tool is stopped in the cutting process, the sudden spindle stop will cause the workpiece surface to produce tool marks. Generally, shutdown should be considered when the tool leaves the cutting state.

 

4. Tool monitoring. The quality of the tool largely determines the machining quality of the workpiece. In the automatic machining cutting process, the normal wear condition and abnormal damage condition of the tool should be judged by sound monitoring, cutting time control, suspension inspection during cutting, workpiece surface analysis and other methods. It is necessary to deal with the tool in time according to the processing requirements to prevent the processing quality problems caused by the tool not being handled in time.
