Deformation by force: such parts are thin-walled, under the action of the clamping force, in the machining and cutting process is prone to uneven thickness, and poor elasticity, the shape of the parts is difficult to recover on their own.
Heat deformation: the workpiece is light and thin, due to the radial force in the cutting process, it will cause heat deformation of the workpiece, thus making the size of the workpiece is not accurate.
Vibration deformation: parts in the radial cutting force, easy to produce vibration and deformation, affecting the dimensional accuracy, shape, positional accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece.

With thin-walled parts as the representative of the easily deformed parts, you can use a small feed, large cutting speed of high-speed machining cutting form, reduce the cutting force on the workpiece in the processing, and at the same time to make most of the cutting heat is taken away by the high-speed flying away from the workpiece chips, which in turn reduces the temperature of the workpiece and reduces the thermal deformation of the workpiece.
