After anodizing aluminum alloy, it will have strong adsorption capacity, enhanced
adiabatic heat resistance, higher corrosion resistance, and good insulation properties.
Anodizing of aluminum alloy: A material protection technology in which an oxide film is formed on the surface of a metal material in an electrolyte solution by applying anode current. Also known as surface anodizing. Metal materials or products after surface anodizing treatment, its corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance are greatly improved. The anodizing of aluminum is generally carried out in an acidic electrolyte, with aluminum as the anode. During electrolysis, the anion of oxygen interacts with aluminum to produce an oxide film. When the film is initially formed, it is not fine enough, and although it has a certain resistance, the negative oxygen ions in the electrolyte can still reach the surface of aluminum and continue to form an oxide film.
When the rate of oxide formation on the surface of aluminum is gradually balanced with the rate of chemical dissolution, the oxide film can reach a larger thickness under this electrolytic parameter. The outer layer of the anodic oxidation film of aluminum is porous, which is easy to absorb dyes and colored substances, so it can be dyed and improve its decoration. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film can be further improved after it is closed with hot water, high temperature steam or nickel salt.
